Aamir Reveals His Favourite Performances Of Salman & SRK; Says This About Jawan & Pathaan

Aamir Khan is all set to entertain the audiences with his upcoming sports comedy Sitaare Zameen Par, an official remake of 2018 Spanish film Campeones.

Ahead of that, the actor is busy promoting the film and recently attended Bollywood Hungama Style Icons Summit and Awards 2025 and at the event, a fan asked Aamir about his favourite performances of his contemporaries, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

Talking about his favourite two performances of Salman Khan, Aamir replied, “My favourite performance of Salman Khan is Bajrangi Bhaijaan. And also first part of Dabangg.”

As for Shah Rukh Khan, he added, “I really love Shah Rukh’s Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, though it was a long time back. Even Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was one of my favourite films of Shah Rukh. I have not seen his latest films like Pathaan and Jawan.”

In the same interaction, Aamir Khan was also asked about a sequel to Andaz Apna Apna and he stated, “Scripts have to come out organically. Rajkumar Santoshi is working on a version of Andaz Apna Apna 2. It's too early for me to say. Until the script is ready and unless Salman and I don’t love what he narrates, the film won’t be made. Hence, it is in the early stages right now. Let’s hope he comes up with a good script.”

As for Sitaare Zameen Par, the film also starring Genelia Deshmukh is slated to release in theatres on June 20, 2025.
